Vendor Registration

Vendor registration is now open! In 2024, we will have two 40’x40′ tents available for vendors, resulting in 18 booth spaces. A 10’x10′ booth space is $65, and an 8’x10′ booth space is $55. If you prefer outdoor space due to the nature of your products, we are happy to welcome outdoor vendors, too ($55 per booth). The vendor application form is available here.

What to expect with registration:

  • Upon completion of the application form, the Plymouth Maple Association will review your information and will determine if you are a fit for this event. Preference will be given to vendors who feature products that are handmade and consist primarily of natural materials (wood, fabric, paper, etc.). Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you are approved as a vendor, we will notify you via email and will send you an invoice via PayPal. Once payment is received, your booth space is reserved.
  • We will send you a vendor promo pack via email as the festival nears. This will assist you in promoting your presence at the festival.

Vendor Guidelines

  • Vendor set up time starts at 7:30 a.m., and takedown must be done by 2 p.m. Vehicles will be permitted to drive up to the asphalt area near the vendor tents during setup, but all vehicles must be clear of that area and parked on the street or in the parking lot by 8:30 a.m. All vendors are asked to bring their own table & chairs.
  • Vendors can purchase a 10×10 foot spot for $65 each or a 8’x10′ booth space for $55 each.
  • Limited power is available for an additional charge of $5. Please let us know if you need power. Vendors are asked to bring their own durable outdoor cord & take responsibility for it not creating a tripping hazard for guests.
  • All participating vendors should plan to provide one donated product for a festival raffle basket. The item can be brought to the festival and will be added to the raffle basket prior to the start. You are welcome to attach a business card or other promotional material to your product.
  • All participating vendors are required to help promote the event via your individual marketing outlets, such as social media, websites, and social circles. A flyer will be shared electronically prior to the event for you to distribute. In addition, a Plymouth Maple Festival Facebook event is available for you to use. Please showcase your involvement.
  • Home made products, especially those utilizing maple syrup or wood, are strongly encouraged to participate. Priority will be given to vendors with a tie-in to nature, and we will not accept direct sales vendors (i.e., those who resell products from another company).
  • Vendors will be assigned vendor areas. We ask you to stay in your assigned area so that customers can move between vendors. Each booth should have a responsible operator at all times, and vendors should remain for the entire duration of the Event.
  • Vendors selling products must have the proper license to do so for their product(s). If you are issuing cash or check payment, your spot is not reserved until this is received and this agreement must be signed accompanying your payment.
  • No refunds will be given unless we are required to cancel the Event due to an unforeseen circumstance. In that case, you will be given as much notice as possible and we will refund the money as quickly as possible. Vendors shall not rent out their assigned space, nor transfer their rights and obligations under this agreement.
  • Vendor is responsible for all monetary exchanges associated with its merchandise, including but not limited to the collection and payment of taxes associated with merchandise sales as required by Wisconsin law. Vendor must provide its own insurance.
  • Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of this Event, its employees and agents against all loss, damage, and expense, including attorney fees, that they may sustain or become liable for on account of injury to or death of persons, or damage to or destruction of property arising out of the actions or omissions of Vendor, its subcontractors, or individuals working or volunteering on Vendor’s behalf at the Event.
  • Vendor and its associates and children display and attend at their own risk, and children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
  • Vendor certifies that it shall conduct its activities at the Event in full compliance with all applicable laws. Event organizers may remove any Vendor from Event if Vendor, Vendor’s subcontractors, or anyone working for or volunteering on behalf of Vendor violates this agreement. Vendor through its participation agrees to have pictures of its booth, products and representatives used for event promotional materials in the future.
